Cleaning time is always dependent on the square footage of your house. A standard clean for a 2,000 sq. ft. home typically takes around 3-4 hours for a standard clean. However, furniture, surface types, and tidiness of the home will impact that cleaning time frame.

Our services focus on proper cleaning of all rooms in the the house, including kitchens, pantries, dining rooms, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, media rooms, and hallways. Our housekeepers do not do major window cleaning, but for the cleaning of all windows, we have trusted window washing companies we can schedule for you!

One of the items on our housekeeper’s to-do list is to check all trash receptacles, empty them, and put a new bag in. They will take all trash to your outdoor garbage bin before they leave.

Bi-Weekly cleans are by far the best and most popular option! This prevents your home from becoming musty, spiders from taking up residence, and ensures it’s ready to go whenever you’re planning your weekends for PK!
Our second most popular option is to create a Home Management package. This can be customized to fit your needs. If you need standard housekeeping, lawn care, and post-storm checks, we will create a package for just that with a set monthly price and continuous services all month and year around!

Absolutely! We can tailor your Home Management package specifically to your needs.

A typical Home Management package includes Lawn Care, Housekeeping, 24 Hour Emergency Services, Post-Storm Property Checks, and Contractor Facilitation. This package is usually around $1,000/mo depending on the size of your property and home.

Finding the appropriate contractors for needs that are not included in your Home Management package, and being at your home to let contractors onto the property or home for their scheduled jobs. Example: HVAC service, window cleaning, power washing, etc.
This allows you to get even more done when you’re not there without giving a bunch of different companies your security codes, key locations, etc.

If there is anything we notice that needs extra attention or isn’t within your specific program’s description, we will provide a detailed quote for the job.
E.g. window cleaning, pressure washing, electrical repairs.
*We never schedule additional services without quote acceptance.

We price your Home Management package according to the size of your property and the square footage of your home.
This ensures proper pricing so you don’t spend unnecessary dollars.
Maintenance FAQ’s

We respect your home. We won’t leave any debris or mess behind. One of Mike’s pet peeves is people leaving behind a mess after any maintenance or repairs.

You can request any project you have and Mike will work with you on finding a solution.

Absolutely! The material used for the railing will determine what type of materials we will need to get it fixed, but everything will be laid out in the estimate we send you. Simply give Mike a call and he will come up with a plan to fix whatever issue you are facing!

Remodeling FAQ’s

Mike is an expert in kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom, outdoor patio spaces, dining rooms… he’s done it all. Show him what you’re wanting to do; He’ll let you know right away what kind of plan your project requires!

Mike is a communicator. He doesn’t wait until sending you the final invoice to notify you of any changes, unforeseen issues, or materials cost differences. If he can’t reach you on the phone, he always sends a text explaining he needs to chat and typically send a photo along with it (when the situation requires a visual).

When you call Mike for your project, he always does an in-home visit to visualize your needs and gets the details of your project. He then proceeds to make a list of all the materials and time needed to complete the project. Once his list is compiled he sends you an estimate that you either approve or adjust.

Remove all decorations, wall hangings, furniture, and anything that would get in the way or prevent the job from being efficient.
Mike will always let you know what is necessary and what isn’t; it’s all project specific.
