House Cleaning
We know that cleaning after every checkout can be a race against the clock. Summertime on Possum Kingdom Lake is busy and booked!
We are able to work with your booking schedule because we live right on the north end of the lake. It takes us almost the same amount of time to get to the East side as it does to the West side of PK.
This provides us the flexibility to take care of what you need before the next guests arrive! Once we receive your schedule, we plan our calendar to fit with your needs. And when you get booking changes… all you need to do is let us know and we get the cleaning aligned with the change.
Mowing/Weed Eating
The beauty of hiring Kemp Co. is that you are getting a husband/wife powerhouse team. We plan our schedules to be at the house at the same time so we can get everything you need done when guests aren’t relaxing. Mike will take care of the lawn care while Michelle takes care of the interior.
You can decide how often you want lawn care scheduled and we’ll create a price that’s fair to your specific lawn needs.
Home Maintenance
Broken Items & Indoor Issues
What happens when Michelle finds a toilet paper roll holder loose or a chair leg has been broken by guests? (We don’t want that to happen, but unfortunately, it’s a possibility when renting to others)
She contacts you, sending photos or videos and explaining the situation and gives you a phone call. You then ask Mike to fix it or you can take care of it yourself.
If you choose Mike, then Michelle gets her husband and he makes a plan. This typically happens when we’re still on the phone, so he can explain the details to you.
He gets the issue resolved properly and efficiently. Time is of the essence when we’re talking booked up Airbnb’s, but luckily Mike has 15+ years of experience in the contracting business.
Outdoor Care & Maintenance
Many times our Airbnb clients have patio areas with firepits, grills, lounge chairs, and bar areas. Those spaces need attention too; your guests are renting the entire space, right?
We’ll make sure everything is in tip-top shape for the next renters by cleaning up the space and making sure everything is where it should be.
Post-Storm Checks
If you’re like many of the Airbnb owners at Possum Kingdom Lake, then you don’t live close enough to check on your home after every PK storm.
Living right on the lake we know when rain, wind, and hail are damaging. We watch the radar like it’s Monday night football, so we’re always thinking ahead for our clients potential needs.
After each major storm we will head to your property and check for limbs down, flooding, damaged windows, gutters, washed out areas, power outages, and a many more potentials.
If we see anything that needs attention we contact you immediately.
If it’s damage we have the ability to resolve, that’s what we’ll do. If it’s something that requires a licensed professional to handle (e.g. electrician or dock company), Mike has the contact list.
