What Is “Home Management”?
Our home management program is a re-occurring service that ensures your home and property are taken care of properly. Allowing you to buy back your time and giving you peace of mind.
What’s Included?
Lawn Care
Mowing, weed eating, and edging (when needed).
Weekly, bi-weekly, or whatever your needs are, we’ll get you a package that encompasses exactly what your home deserves.
Housekeeping
Bi-weekly cleaning services with a four hour minimum per clean.
24 Hour Emergency Services
Providing support during emergencies, such as water leaks or storm damage.
Post-Storm Property Checks
After major storms we will go to your home and make sure everything is the way it should be. If we find any issues we will contact you immediately and create a plan to get it taken care of properly.
Contractor Facilitation
Finding the appropriate contractors for different needs and letting contractors into property for their scheduled jobs. Example: HVAC service, window cleaning, power washing, etc.
Service Quotes
If there is anything we notice that needs extra attention or isn’t within your specific program’s description, we will provide a detailed quote for the job.
E.g. window cleaning, pressure washing, electrical repairs.
*We never schedule additional services without quote acceptance.
Pricing
We price your Home Management Program Plan according to the size of your property and the square footage of your home.
This ensures proper pricing so you don’t spend unnecessary dollars.
