Guest information binder:

Michelle will make a physical binder that matches your Airbnb branding and will include information on Wi-Fi, house rules, check-out instructions, contact information, restaurants, breakfast & coffee, gas stations, grocery stores, liquor stores, Possum Kingdom State Park info, beaches, boat ramps, boat rentals, boat slip rentals, a map of Possum Kingdom State Park, and fun areas to visit.

Refrigerator Magnet:

A laminated and branded magnet sheet that contains check-out instructions; this is to ensure that guests clearly see the simple instructions before check-out.
